YD type carbide composite surfacing electrode (hereinafter referred to as YD type electrode), is made of granular sintering cemented carbide with elastic matrix alloy to make. YD - D base electrode is a kind of skin coated with special flux of gas welding electrode, the dosage should be YD 15% by weight of the electrode.

YD - R is a kind of complex manufacturing flux, dosage should YD 2% by weight of the electrode.

Purpose: YD type electrode is mainly used for surfacing welding the oil, mining, coal mining, geology, construction and other industries some serious wear and tear or artifacts of both cutting.
